About the Role
MoneyTree Realty is looking for a Leasing Manager to manage property leasing, build relationships with landlords and tenants, and close rental transactions. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle the leasing process from enquiry to agreement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify leasing opportunities across commercial, retail, and residential properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, corporate clients, and tenants.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange property visits, present options, and follow up on enquiries.
- Negotiate rent, security deposits, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, and other lease terms.
- Coordinate proposals, letters of intent, lease agreements, and documentation with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate property listings, client records, and deal updates in the CRM.
- Track local rental rates, competing properties, and market demand.




- Achieve leasing targets and manage the pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate property handover and maintain client relationships after closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate leasing, brokerage, or corporate leasing.
- Good understanding of lease terms, rental negotiations, and documentation.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.

Key Performance Indicators

- Leasing revenue and number of transactions closed.
- Lead-to-closure conversion rate.
- Time taken to close leasing transactions.
- New landlord and tenant relationships developed.
- Client satisfaction and repeat business.
