Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Surya Multi Speciality Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, building strong relationships with referring physicians, and executing community outreach programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare services and a proven track record in medical, pharmaceutical, or corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Build and maintain strategic relationships with local doctors, diagnostic clinics, and corporate partners to drive patient referrals.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, organize, and execute local health camps, community awareness programs, and promotional events to increase hospital visibility.
- Market Research: Monitor local healthcare trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify new opportunities for service expansion.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing:



Assist in managing the hospital's social media presence and distribute physical marketing collateral (brochures, flyers) across the region.
- Reporting & Tracking: Monitor daily activities, inquiry conversions, and referral data, presenting regular performance reports to hospital administration.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales and marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional medical and administrative team.
- Willingness to travel locally within the community (e.g., Khanapur, Bhivghat regions) to meet with docters and coordinate events.
