- Install, commission, and configure UPS systems, inverters, and battery backup equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS, inverter, and battery systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and power supply faults.
- Check battery health, charging systems, voltage, load capacity, and backup performance.
- Repair or replace faulty components, batteries, and electronic parts as required.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely service support at client locations.
- Conduct site visits for installation, breakdown service, and maintenance activities.
- Use multimeters and other testing instruments to identify technical faults.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer feedback reports.
- Coordinate with the service team and report service updates to the reporting manager.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain service quality.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
- Practical knowledge of UPS, inverters, batteries, and power backup systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
