About Like-a-Dolphin

Like-a-Dolphin is a creative communication studio helping creators, founders, personal brands, artists, and businesses build stronger brands through content, storytelling, creative direction and digital communication.

We are looking for someone who can help us discover and connect with businesses and creators who could benefit from our services.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be finding and bringing qualified potential clients to Like-a-Dolphin.

You will:

- Research potential clients across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Identify creators, founders, businesses and personal brands that need better content/communication
- Find decision-makers and initiate conversations
- Reach out through Instagram, LinkedIn, email or other relevant channels
- Understand the prospect's business and identify potential opportunities
- Qualify interested prospects
- Schedule discovery calls with potential clients
- Maintain a easy lead pipeline and follow up with prospects
- Work closely with the founder to improve outreach and client acquisition strategies

Who We're Looking For

- Valuable English communication skills

Previous sales experience is a plus.

What matters more is your ability to find opportunities, communicate confidently and take initiative.

Commission Structure





This is a commission-based role for the initial 3 months.

You will receive:

15% commission on the first payment received from every new client you directly bring to Like-a-Dolphin.

For example:

₹50,000 client payment → ₹7,500 commission

₹1,00,000 client payment → ₹15,000 commission

₹2,00,000 client payment → ₹30,000 commission

There is no fixed limit on the number of clients you can bring or the commission you can earn.

Commission will be paid after the client payment is successfully received.

After 3 Months

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, consistency and the ability to generate quality clients may be offered a fixed monthly compensation + commission structure, depending on performance and business requirements.

Important

This is not a traditional 9–5 sales job.

You will have flexibility, but we expect consistency, initiative and measurable results.
