Responsibilities

Restaurant Service Staff / Waiter / Waitress

- Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain dining areas and ensure cleanliness.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Kitchen Assistant / Restaurant Helper

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation.
- Clean and organize kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support daily kitchen operations.
- Assist with stock arrangement and ingredient preparation.

Restaurant Cashier / Food Service Executive

- Handle customer billing and payment transactions.
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Coordinate food orders and delivery services.
- Assist customers with menu-related enquiries.
- Support restaurant operations.

Restaurant Supervisor / Operations Staff

- Supervise daily restaurant operations.




- Coordinate service and kitchen teams.
- Monitor staff performance and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain inventory and operational records.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for suitable positions.
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree, depending on employer requirements.
- Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred for supervisory roles.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays based on employer requirements.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking candidates preferred.
