Accounts Executive

About the Company

Helicon Trading House specialises in importing and distributing premium glassware and tableware to leading beverage brands and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage journal entries, purchase bills, sales invoices, and bookkeeping.

* Handle banking, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer collections.

* Prepare cash flow reports, financial MIS, and outstanding statements.

* Manage GST and TDS entries, reconciliations, and compliance.

* Assist in account finalisation, audits, and coordination with the external accounting firm.

* Maintain import accounts, including customs duties, freight, and foreign currency transactions.





Requirements

* B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.

* Working knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and banking.

* Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel.

* Knowledge of MIS, cash flow, and working capital management preferred.

* Familiarity with Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, or similar software is an advantage.

* Robust attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

* Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
