Cedilla Interactive is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Position: Telecalling Executive

Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in the Real Estate Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain real estate projects, properties, and offers to potential clients

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits

Maintain lead records and update customer information

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate telecalling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive convincing and negotiation abilities

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an advantage

Proficiency in Tamil and English preferred

Location: 2, 41, Sriram Nagar Main Rd, Sriram Nagar, Radhakrishnan Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600041.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
