- Strong hands-on expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication, including SOBR, proxies, replication, repository management, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Druva backup solutions.
- Working knowledge of Veritas NetBackup.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and VMware vSphere.
- Understanding of NFS, SMB, and iSCSI storage protocols.
- Experience with NAS storage solutions, preferably Synology and QNAP.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise backup, data protection,



or storage administration.

Preferred Certifications

- VMCE / VMSP / VMTSP
- VSE / VSE+
- Druva Technical Skilled
