Role Objective

Generate fresh and off-market property inventory by physically developing assigned micro-markets, buildings, builders, corporate parks and owner networks.

Key Responsibilities

Systematically cover assigned premium residential and commercial micro-markets.

Visit residential buildings, commercial buildings, corporate parks and high-street locations.

Meet builders/developers, sales teams, society/building managers and local property contacts.

Identify properties available for resale and leasing before or outside online portals.

Connect directly with landlords, investors and multi-property owners.

Collect owner contact details, property information, photos/videos and access details.

Generate exclusive or priority mandates and long-term owner relationships

Enter all useful market intelligence and inventory into CRM.





Coordinate with the sourcing and sales teams on active opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

0–4 years in field sourcing, real estate, business development, market mapping or relationship roles preferred.

Robust communication and relationship-building ability.

Comfortable spending substantial working time in the field.

Knowledge of Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Juhu, BKC, Andheri or similar Mumbai markets is advantageous.
