Executive (Branch Office)_Band (E)

Reporting To: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Would be efficiently handling CRM tool for service related works

2. Attending walking customers and fulfilling their IT products replacement needs

3. Efficiently managing Inventory of all IT hardware products

4. Would be informing the okhla head office incase of buffer stock replenishment

5. Would be responsible for handling other adhoc service related works and accomplishing the asked tasks on time to time basis

Candidate Must Have:-

1. Proven work experience in providing after sales service or similar roles

2. Minimum 1+ years of experience in above responsibilities mentioned would be preferable

1. Must have completed Intermediate (12th)

2. Candidates from Nearby location will be preferred

Job Timings:-

10:00 AM – 7:00 Pm; Monday to Saturday
