Inventory & E-commerce Operations Manager

Role: Order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and order and stock management across our website and marketplaces (Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, and others).

Order fulfilment:

-Process daily orders across all channels: allocate, pick, pack, label, and dispatch

-Manage courier partners; track shipments and resolve NDRs, RTOs, and delays

-Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, and restock items

Inventory management:

-Maintain real-time stock by SKU, batch, and expiry

-Run cycle counts, audits, and variance checks

-Forecast demand, set reorder levels, and coordinate replenishment with suppliers

-Report on stockouts, and near-expiry stock

Multi-channel operations:

-Manage orders, listings, and stock across Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, etc.





-Keep inventory synced through an OMS/WMS and prevent overselling

-Follow each platform’s workflow; raise claims, record sales, manage inventory

-Reconcile payouts, COD remittances, and returns with finance

Requirements:

-minimum 2 years in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, or inventory (beauty/D2C preferred)

-Hands-on with Shopify and e-commerce marketplaces

-Experience with an OMS/WMS (Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar)

-Robust Excel/Sheets skills; knowledge of GST invoicing and Indian logistics

-Ability to manage a small packing or warehouse team
