Job Description – Plant Maintenance Manager Job Title: Plant Maintenance Manager Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Salary: ₹50,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain smooth production activities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. - Ensure the efficient functioning of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities. - Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues. - Minimize machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency. - Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and repair activities. - Lead and supervise the maintenance team and technicians. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.



- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment performance. - Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance procedures. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Team management and leadership abilities. - Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and equipment reliability. - Good coordination and communication skills.
