About Us

Kolkata@99 is an expanding cloud kitchen in Kolkata. We are growing our operations and preparing to launch multiple food brands. We are looking for a skilled Tandoori Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare tandoori starters, kebabs, naan and other tandoor-based dishes.

- Handle marination, ingredient preparation and cooking.

- Maintain food quality, taste and portion consistency.

- Manage the tandoor station safely and hygienically.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Tandoori Chef preferred.

- Knowledge of tandoor cooking, marinades, kebabs and naan.





- Ability to work efficiently during busy kitchen hours.

- Punctual, responsible and able to work in a team.

Working Schedule
