Job Overview

NetTech India is looking for a skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Trainer to train students in front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, practical project experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Java Full Stack Development.
- Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
- Train students in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Angular.
- Provide training in SQL, MySQL, database connectivity, and JDBC.
- Guide students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.




- Explain coding concepts through hands-on demonstrations and live coding.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in project development and interview preparation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Good understanding of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Angular.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Java certifications are an advantage.
