We are seeking a vigilant, reliable, and professional Security Guard to maintain a secure and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and premises. In this role, you will monitor property entrances, patrol grounds, deter unauthorized or illegal activities, and respond promptly to emergencies or safety incidents. The ideal candidate maintains a strong physical presence, possesses sharp observation skills, and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Access Control: Guard entrances, verify visitor credentials, issue badges, check vehicle permits, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Patrols & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot or mobile patrols across interior and exterior grounds; monitor CCTV camera networks and alarm systems to detect suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
- Incident Response: Respond immediately to alarms, medical emergencies, fires, or security breaches. Diffuse tense situations calmly and contact emergency services (police, fire, EMS) as necessary.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce property policies, safety protocols, and entry rules firmly and courteously.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed daily shift logs, record visitor activity,



and submit comprehensive incident reports for any security or safety breaches.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all security gear (radios, flashlights, metal detectors, keys) is well-maintained and fully functional during shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licensing & Certification: Valid Security Guard License / Registration (e.g., Guard Card) as required by state or local regulations. First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience as a security officer, military veteran, law enforcement officer, or in a related field is a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs], and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Key Skills: Strong situational awareness, quick decision-making under pressure, basic computer literacy for log recording, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Personal Attributes: Uncompromising integrity, reliable attendance, strong conflict-de-escalation abilities, and a professional demeanor.

Schedule & Compensation

- Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Day, Night, or Weekend shifts

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
