Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive – Voice Process in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using computer systems and Excel.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass or above.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
