Early Childhood Education degree and/or certification is preferred.

Candidates must be graduates.

Previous preschool teaching experience will be an advantage.

Strong teaching and classroom management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and soft skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and politely with parents, children, and staff.

Comfortable interacting with prospective parents and promoting the school’s programs and activities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work well with children and adults.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently.

A positive, approachable, and qualified personality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Confidentiality regarding sensitive child and family information must be maintained at all times.

Regularity and punctuality are essential.
