Real Estate Sales Agent – Zirakpur

Location: SCO No. 110–111, Zirakpur–Patiala Road, Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Requirements

* Candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Zirakpur market.

* Strong CP (Channel Partner) network in Zirakpur is a must.

* Good knowledge of local real estate projects, property pricing, and market trends.

* Strong client-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to generate leads through CPs, manage client relationships, arrange site visits, and close deals.

* Candidates with an established Zirakpur CP network and proven sales performance will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain relationships with CPs,



property dealers, and clients.

* Generate qualified leads and drive property sales.

* Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

* Coordinate site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.

* Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with CPs and clients.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced real estate sales qualified with strong local market connections and an established CP network in Zirakpur.
