1. Production Planning and Scheduling

- Prepare production plans and schedules based on project requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate factory production and site installation activities.
- Monitor daily and weekly production progress against project targets.
- Allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources efficiently.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

2. Interior Fit-Out Execution

- Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, cabinetry, doors, and furniture installation.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved shop drawings, material specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.

3. Factory and Joinery Production

- Manage workshop operations for custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, and decorative joinery.
- Ensure production follows approved shop drawings, cutting lists, material schedules, and specifications.
- Monitor material consumption, production output, and equipment utilization.
- Maintain production quality and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure completed items are properly inspected, packed, and delivered to site.

4. Quality Control

- Implement quality control procedures throughout production and installation.
- Inspect materials, finished products, and site workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved samples.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve non-conformance issues.
- Ensure snagging and rectification works are completed within the required timeframe.

5. Manpower and Resource Management





- Plan and manage manpower requirements for factory and site operations.
- Assign responsibilities to production supervisors and site teams.
- Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Arrange training and improve team efficiency.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company procedures.

6. Material and Procurement Coordination

- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor material stock, consumption, and delivery schedules.
- Verify material requirements against approved drawings and specifications.
- Reduce wastage and control unnecessary expenditure.
- Follow up on long-lead items and critical materials.

7. Project Coordination and Reporting

- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend production and project progress meetings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Report delays, technical issues, resource shortages, and quality concerns to management.
- Maintain records of production progress, material usage, and completed works.

8. Health, Safety, and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.
- Maintain safe working conditions in the workshop and at project sites.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment.




- Promote good housekeeping and safe material handling practices.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture production, or construction execution.
- Previous experience in a production management or senior supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, joinery processes, shop drawings, and installation methods.
- Experience in manpower planning, production scheduling, quality control, and cost management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, MS Excel, and project scheduling software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
