Digital Growth Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth plan across all platforms.
- Create quarterly and annual growth roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for audience expansion and brand positioning.
- Social Media Management
- Oversee Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and future platforms.
- Build content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, aesthetics, and brand identity.
- Personal Brand Development
- Strengthen positioning as:

- Create viral and high-engagement content frameworks.

- Build systems for content extraction from talks, interviews, retreats, podcasts, and workshops.

Community Building

- Increase engagement and audience loyalty.
- Build and manage online communities.
- Create subscriber growth initiatives.
- Develop ambassador and referral programs.
- Analytics & Performance
- Monitor KPIs across all channels.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use data to guide content decisions and growth strategies.
- Track ROI on campaigns and audience acquisition.

Lead Generation & Monetization

- Generate qualified leads for Corporate Training Programs.

Candidate Profile

- Age preferred: 25–40 years.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly articulate, polished, and professional.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
- Proven track record of growing personal brands or creator businesses.
- Robust aesthetic sense and content judgment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
- Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with direct access to founders.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years in social media, digital marketing, creator management, personal branding, or growth marketing.
- Experience managing large creator, wellness, luxury, lifestyle, leadership, or public figure accounts.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva, Notion, Buffer, Later, Metricool, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and modern AI content systems.
