Make sure a product actually holds up in the real world as it scales from early users to millions. As a QA Engineer at Talentica, you’ll own end-to-end quality using Python-based automation, solving engineering challenges such as building regression coverage that scales alongside the product.

What You'll Own

- Drive end-to-end product quality across features and releases.
- Design test strategies covering functional and non-functional areas.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for scalable testing.
- Perform API testing and validate backend systems.
- Continuously add and optimize regression coverage as the product scales.

What We Need

- BE/BTech from IIT, NIT, BITS, or top engineering colleges in India.
- 4–6 years of experience in QA for web and backend systems.
- Strong experience in API testing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks like Pytest.
- Solid understanding of test planning, strategy, and coverage
- Experience with SQL or databases like MongoDB.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills in real scenarios.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, build and deployment processes.
- Good to have: exposure to Playwright (JavaScript)



or modern UI automation tools; experience with cloud environments; knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting; experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
