Job Summary

We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Stewards to join our restaurant service team in Siliguri. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to provide excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and help guests with basic menu-related queries.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Set up tables and maintain proper table arrangements.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.




- Respond politely to guest requests and report complaints to the supervisor.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment carefully.
- Support the team during busy service hours.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Basic understanding of restaurant service is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Punctuality, discipline, and willingness to learn.
