Accountant – Job Description

About the Role

Super Thermo Sensors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Accountant* to join our team at Khet Shivapur, Pune. The ideal candidate should have *1–1.5 years of experience* in accounting and a good understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Handle *purchase and sales entries*, invoices, receipts and payments.

- Maintain *accounts payable and receivable* records.

- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.

- Assist with *GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements*.

- Prepare basic financial reports and account statements.

- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and invoices.

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related matters.





- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills

- 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Knowledge of *Tally/ERP accounting software*.

- Basic knowledge of *GST and TDS*.

- Good knowledge of *MS Excel*.

- Understanding of basic accounting principles.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

- *B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)* or equivalent qualification preferred.
