Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric AI Implementation Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, and AI implementation. The role focuses on developing scalable data solutions, AI-ready data models, and Fabric-based AI use cases while enabling trusted business insights through Power BI and conversational analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
- Build AI-ready data models to support business KPIs, accurate insights, and natural-language analytics.
- Implement AI use cases using Fabric Data Agents and other Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities.
- Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and semantic models for reporting and business decisions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Prepare, transform, and optimize data for analytics and AI using SQL and Python/PySpark.
- Apply appropriate data governance, access control, and security practices.
- Support proof of concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) for data and AI initiatives.
- Troubleshoot data pipelines, semantic models,



and AI implementations while improving solution performance.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering.
- Experience with Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Working knowledge of Python and PySpark.
- Practical experience implementing AI use cases.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMOps, and AI implementation.
- Familiarity with Fabric Data Agents and conversational analytics.
- Understanding of data modeling, business KPIs, and AI-ready data preparation.
- Good knowledge of Power BI and semantic modeling.

Good to Have

- Real-time analytics and KQL databases in Microsoft Fabric.
- Power BI, DAX, and dashboard development.
- Prompt engineering and AI agent concepts.
- Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI services.
- Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Streaming and Warehousing.
- Experience developing data and AI POCs or MVPs.
- Exposure to Snowflake AI/ML capabilities.
