About The Atelier Events

The Atelier Events is an emerging event management company focused on creating exciting, memorable, and professionally executed experiences. Our events include pub nights, club events, DJ nights, themed parties, nightlife experiences, private celebrations, corporate events, and special entertainment events.

We are looking for energetic, creative, and well-organized individuals who are passionate about event planning, nightlife, entertainment, and building unique experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute pub events, club nights, DJ nights, themed parties, and nightlife experiences.
- Develop creative event concepts, themes, promotional activities, and audience engagement ideas.
- Coordinate with pubs, clubs, DJs, artists, performers, sponsors, vendors, and venue managers.
- Assist with venue bookings, event schedules, logistics, budgeting, and event setup.
- Support ticket sales, guest lists, entry coordination, and event registrations.
- Build relationships with venues, entertainment partners, influencers, and potential sponsors.
- Coordinate event promotions with social media and marketing teams.
- Monitor event execution and resolve on-site issues efficiently.




- Research nightlife trends and develop fresh ideas to attract audiences.
- Assist with post-event feedback, reporting, and improvement planning.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and an interest in nightlife, entertainment, and event production.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules.
- Confidence in communicating with venue owners, artists, vendors, and customers.
- Knowledge of social media promotions and event marketing is an advantage.
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, pubs, clubs, or entertainment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with enthusiasm, initiative, and strong organizational skills are welcome.
