CUSTOMER SUPPORT – TRAVEL VOICE
FRESHER OPPORTUNITY

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Fresher
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 In-Hand
Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working: 5 Days
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Location: Recent Town, Kolkata

JOB DESCRIPTION

Interact with customers over the phone for a travel customer support process and assist them with travel-related service queries. Understand customer requirements, communicate relevant information clearly, and provide timely assistance while maintaining a professional customer experience. Candidates should possess strong communication and listening skills along with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
