Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dialer Operations Executive with hands-on expertise in Ameyo and Drishti dialer platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing dialer operations, data churning, DIA, call routing, skill creation, agent ID creation, campaign management, and report generation to ensure smooth and efficient call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dialer operations using Ameyo and Drishti.
- Perform data churning, data processing, cleaning, and segmentation for calling campaigns.
- Handle DIA-related activities and dialer configurations.
- Configure and manage call routing as per campaign and business requirements.
- Create and map skills for agents and calling campaigns.
- Create and manage agent IDs, user IDs, and login credentials.
- Create, configure, and monitor inbound, outbound, and blended campaigns.
- Upload calling data, manage lead lists, and allocate data to agents.
- Monitor agent logins, campaign performance, call connectivity, and dialer productivity.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS dashboards.
- Analyze call volumes, connect rates, abandonment rates, and agent utilization.
- Coordinate with operations and IT teams to resolve dialer-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy,



system availability, and smooth campaign execution.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance dialer performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dialer operations within a BPO or call center environment.
- Hands-on experience with Ameyo and Drishti dialer platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data churning, DIA, call routing, and campaign management.
- Practical experience in skill creation, skill mapping, and agent ID creation.
- Expertise in report generation, MIS reporting, and performance analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Understanding of inbound, outbound, and blended calling operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet operational deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in BPO, healthcare, telesales, customer support, or contact center operations.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and calling data management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with operations, IT, and business teams.
