Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our employees' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.




- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,018.62 - ₹30,492.73 per month
