We’re Hiring – IT Course Counselor / Education Counselor

**Role:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented **IT Course Counselor / Education Counselor** to counsel students, graduates, and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend suitable IT courses, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle student and qualified inquiries

* Counsel candidates and recommend suitable IT courses

* Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, projects, and career benefits

* Follow up with leads and maintain relationships

* Convert leads into enrollments

* Maintain CRM records

* Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

**Requirements:**





* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong counseling, convincing, and sales skills

* Good follow-up and relationship-management skills

* Comfortable working with targets

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and email

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline

* Experience in education counseling, IT training sales, inside sales, admissions, or tele-counseling is preferred
