The Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic person who loves talking to people, digs into data and keeps the sales engine humming. You’ll revive cold & dormant leads, qualify fresh enquiries, schedule meetings for the Sales team and act as the interim CRM champion—ensuring every follow-up, document and status update is on point.

What you’ll do

- Dial into leads that are cold, warm & past using structured call-flows
- Probe needs, budget & timeline; score leads and pass qualified prospects to Advisors
- Send follow-up WhatsApps, emails and reminder calls post-site-visit




- Maintain pristine data in CRM; generate daily/weekly reports
- Reactivate lapsed leads with targeted nurture sequences.

What makes you a fit

- 1–3 yrs high-volume tele-sales or inside-sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Clear, confident spoken Hindi & English; active listening skills
- Comfortable with CRMs, Excel/Sheets and WhatsApp Business; LeadSquared a plus
- Process-driven, detail-obsessed and unfazed by repetitive tasks.
