About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Property Engagement Executive to connect with clients and property owners, understand their requirements, share relevant property information, and maintain strong communication with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact clients and property owners to understand their requirements.
- Handle property-related enquiries through calls and messages.
- Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and purpose.
- Share suitable property options with interested clients.
- Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams.
- Follow up with clients and property owners regularly.




- Maintain client details and enquiry records in the company database or CRM.
- Assist in scheduling property visits and coordinating appointments.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in real estate and customer relationship management.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
