About the Role

Jewelnme Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance.

We are looking for a candidate with practical accounting experience, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation, and the ability to handle routine accounting responsibilities independently.

Candidates based in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar and nearby areas who can commute to Sector 66, Mohali, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Record and maintain vouchers, ledgers, invoices, bills and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense tracking.
- Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
- Work on Zoho Books for accounting entries, records and reports.
- Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, reconciliations and return-related compliance.
- Maintain organised financial records and supporting documents.
- Prepare routine MIS reports and accounting summaries.
- Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant, auditors, banks and internal teams as required.
- Ensure accuracy, timely record maintenance and completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Practical working knowledge of GST and TDS.




- Hands-on experience with accounting software; Zoho Books experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and financial documentation.
- Ability to manage routine accounting activities independently.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and professional communication.

Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a relevant qualification is preferred.

- Salary of ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
