Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage architectural design, client coordination, drawing documentation, and approvals, ensuring smooth coordination with Structural, MEP, and Detailing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients and the Sales/Marketing team to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural and MEP requirements.
- Define materials, finishes, cladding systems, and construction details.
- Ensure drawings are dimensionally accurate, practical, and construction-ready.
- Incorporate client feedback, manage revisions, and obtain design approvals.




- Hand over approved drawings to the Detailing Team for GFC and construction documentation.
- Resolve architectural queries during the detailing and execution stages.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, cladding, and construction methods.
- Experience in client coordination and consultant coordination.
- Good understanding of structural and MEP interfaces.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Software Skills:

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- Enscape – Preferred

Preferred Experience: Residential, villa, hospitality, modular, or prefabricated projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
