Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Horticulturist to manage and supervise farming activities at our farm in Gundlupet, Karnataka.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day farming and horticultural activities.
- Supervise planting, irrigation, fertilization, and crop maintenance.
- Monitor plant growth, soil health, and crop productivity.
- Identify and manage pests and plant diseases.
- Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks.
- Maintain records of farming activities, labour, and agricultural inputs.
- Implement effective farming practices to improve productivity.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in farming or horticulture.
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture preferred.
- Good knowledge of crop management and plantation maintenance.
- Must be able to speak both Kannada and Malayalam.
- Strong supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work at Gundlupet, Karnataka.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
