Job Summary:
We are looking for Telecallers to contact prospective customers, explain our land projects, and generate site visit appointments and qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers from the provided database
- Explain land projects, locations, pricing, and offers clearly
- Generate leads and fix site visit appointments
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and conversions
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Tamil is mandatory; basic English preferred)
- Convincing and polite speaking ability
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections
- Basic knowledge of real estate calling is an added advantage
Experience & Qualification:
- Freshers or experienced telecallers can apply
- Experience in real estate telecalling is a plus
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any graduate
