- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, foundations, RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure completion of activities within the project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with the Project Manager
- Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, and measurements at the site.
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate work according to project priorities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site diaries.
- Record labour attendance, material consumption, and work completed.
- Verify contractor measurements and support quantity calculations and billing.
- Educational Qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
