- Operate and handle XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) Gold Testing Machine for testing the purity and composition of precious metals.
- Conduct XRF testing of gold, silver and other precious-metal articles as per the required procedures and centre guidelines.
- Verify and record purity/fineness results accurately.
- Operate the laser marking/hallmarking machine for marking HUID and other required details on jewellery/articles.
- Ensure correct HUID/marking placement, clarity, alignment and legibility without damaging the jewellery.
- Upload/capture required article images and maintain accurate digital records.
- Coordinate with the assaying, registration and dispatch teams for smooth processing of lots.
- Follow BIS Hallmarking Centre procedures, safety protocols and quality requirements.




- Perform routine machine checks and report technical issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of XRF and laser-marking equipment.
- Ensure jewellery articles are handled carefully and securely throughout the testing and marking process.
- Maintain daily production, testing and marking records.
- Identify discrepancies in purity results, HUID details or marking and immediately report them to the concerned supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
