Its technology is used across ride-hailing, logistics, and public transport fleets.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day fleet operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure the smooth functioning of Cautio's devices and platform at client sites.

The role involves monitoring and tracking operational issues related to cameras, devices, connectivity, GPS, and video streaming; coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution; and keeping clients informed about issue status and progress.

The selected candidate will primarily work from client sites and act as a key link between clients and Cautio's internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities at assigned client sites.
- Regularly interact with clients to understand their operational requirements, concerns, and issues.
- Identify, track, and report issues related to cameras, devices, GPS, connectivity, video streaming, and other Cautio services.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Command Centre, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution and communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate trackers of operational issues, actions taken, pending tasks, and resolution status.
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and guide them in using Cautio's platform and services.




- Monitor device and platform-related concerns and escalate recurring issues to the relevant teams.
- Support device installation, deployment, activation, and operational readiness, wherever required.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure devices and services are functioning as expected.
- Collect client feedback, identify operational challenges, and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
- Prepare basic operational reports and updates using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support client onboarding and other operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Field Operations, Client Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Kannada and Tamil is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Strong follow-up, organisational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues in a simple manner.
- Good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and issues simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work from client sites and travel locally as required.
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, fleet management, telematics, automotive, or logistics setting will be an advantage.
