We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and dedicated Deputy Nursing Superintendent to lead our nursing department and ensure excellence in patient care, nursing administration, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all nursing operations and nursing staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and patient safety.
- Manage nursing duty rosters, staffing, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.
- Conduct nursing audits, staff training, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and clinical practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth hospital operations.
- Manage nursing inventory, equipment, patient grievances, and departmental reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred).
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.




- 8–10 years of clinical experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
