Job Summary
As the first point of contact at our Experience Centre, you will be responsible for welcoming walk-in clients, demonstrating our modular interior solutions, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in clients and provide a tour of the Experience Centre.
- Sales Conversion: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior packages and designs.
- Lead Management:
Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Coordination: Work with the design team to present quotations and 3D views to clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven experience in interior, furniture, or luxury retail sales.
- Ability to explain materials, finishes, and project timelines clearly.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
