URGENT HIRING – INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Bahadurgarh Plant Office, Jhajjar, Haryana

Role Summary

Handle every IndiaMART enquiry from the first call through to the order. Understand the customer's application, close the sale over the phone, and keep customers reordering.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle IndiaMART enquiries and generate sales conversions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders over the phone.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers for repeat orders.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with dispatch and accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Respond to new leads on the same day.




- Make 50–70 calls per day.
- Achieve lead-to-order conversion targets.
- Generate monthly billing from new and repeat customers.
- Update CRM records daily.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of B2B tele-sales or inside sales experience.
- IndiaMART lead-handling experience preferred.
- Good Hindi communication and working English.
- Familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM.
- Must be able to commute daily to Bahadurgarh.
