Job Description: Field Marketing Executive

Industry: Automated Gates & Shutters Manufacturing
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, and civil engineering consultants to promote automated gates and shutters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Promote the company's products and generate sales leads and enquiries.
- Conduct field visits, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, client requirements, and order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular reports on field activities.

Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.




- 3–4 years of experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction projects, builders, contractors, and site operations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and business development activities.
- A valid driving licence and personal vehicle are preferred.

Working Conditions

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays mandatory working days.
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives.
- Travel Allowance: TA/DA as per company policy.
