Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain gold jewellery designs, purity, weight, making charges, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, and other ornaments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support showroom sales activities.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks presentable.
- Handle customer queries, billing coordination, and follow-up.
- Maintain product safety and follow showroom policies.
- Build customer trust and encourage repeat purchases.

- Presentable, skilled, and customer-friendly attitude.




- Interest in jewellery and retail sales.
- Basic calculation skills and willingness to learn gold pricing.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury showroom sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
