Job Description – CCTV Monitoring Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an alert and responsible CCTV Monitoring Engineer to monitor surveillance systems, identify suspicious activities, and report incidents promptly. The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor multiple CCTV screens continuously and identify suspicious activities or security threats.
- Operate and monitor DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, PTZ cameras, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
- Identify and report incidents, unusual activities, and security concerns to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare monitoring reports.
- Possess basic knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, IP addresses, and PoE.
- Communicate clearly and respond quickly to alerts and emergencies.




- Ensure continuous monitoring and follow established security procedures.

Job Details

- Shift Type: 3 Rotational Shifts
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Night: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: 1 day

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree is required.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge is preferred.
- Good observation, communication, and incident-reporting skills.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Salary and Benefits

- Take-Home Salary: ₹15,000 per month
