Position: HR Intern – Recruitment & Candidate Counselling

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Duration: 40 Days

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are looking for HR Interns who are interested in gaining practical exposure to recruitment, HR tools, candidate communication and basic HR functions. The internship also involves online counselling and assisting interested candidates with enrollment in the HR Job Training Program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment and candidate engagement activities.
- Communicate with prospective candidates and understand their requirements.
- Conduct online counselling and explain the HR Job Training Program to interested candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates regarding the program.
- Assist with survey/Google Form-related tasks and maintain response data.
- Work with basic HR tools such as ATS,



GreyTHR, Google Sheets and Slack.
- Gain practical exposure to recruitment, payroll management and basic workplace policies.
- Assist with AI-based HR resume preparation.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
