We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of BPO Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products and services, answering customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally.
- Explain products, services, and offers.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
