- Able to handle multiples sites and projects in a day
- Should handle project independently.
- Timely completion of each project
- Ensure workers productivity
- Ensure project expenses within the budget
- Collecting project signoff sheet with good customer review
- Coordinate with site supervisors.
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
- Resolve client disputes and concerns on time.
- QC and material selection.
- REQUIREMENT & SKILL
- Good communication skill and leader ship skills too
- Proven working experience in site management
- Expertise labour management
- Proficient to read specification and drawings
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
