Crimson World School, Agra is looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Manager to oversee and manage the school’s transportation operations efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in transport/fleet management, preferably in a school, educational institution, or similar organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day school transport operations, including buses, drivers, conductors, and routes.
- Ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation of students and staff.
- Plan and monitor bus routes, schedules, and transportation requirements.
- Supervise drivers and conductors and ensure adherence to assigned routes, timings, and safety protocols.
- Maintain proper records of vehicles, drivers, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure regular servicing, maintenance, and cleanliness of school buses.
- Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate with vendors/workshops for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable transportation and road safety regulations.
- Handle and resolve transport-related concerns raised by parents, students, and school staff in a professional manner.
- Monitor attendance and performance of transport staff and ensure discipline and punctuality.
- Coordinate with the School Administration and other stakeholders for smooth transportation operations.




- Ensure appropriate safety and emergency procedures are followed in case of any incident or breakdown.
- Maintain accurate transport-related reports and documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in transport, fleet, logistics, or school transportation management.
- Experience in managing buses, drivers, and transport operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and transport safety procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle operational issues and emergencies effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and transport-related record keeping.
- Candidates with experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred.
- Should be responsible, organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple transport-related activities efficiently.
