- E-commerce Operations: Manage daily operations across company websites and marketplaces such as Nykaa, Tira, Myntra and other relevant platforms.
- Website Management: Maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, product availability, website merchandising and promotional banners.
- Sales & Performance: Monitor online sales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse sales trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Marketplace Management: Coordinate with marketplace teams for promotions, campaigns, visibility, product onboarding and issue resolution.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock availability, coordinate replenishment, track orders, manage cancellations and returns, and minimise out-of-stock situations.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Execute online sales campaigns, festive promotions, discount offers, gift-with-purchase activities and product launches.
- Customer Support: Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, order-related issues and marketplace escalations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, conversions, inventory, returns and campaign performance.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal sales, warehouse, accounts,



marketing and external marketplace teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with marketplace reconciliations, invoices, payment follow-ups, returns and other e-commerce-related financial matters.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of marketplaces such as Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, Amazon or similar platforms.
- Understanding of product listings, inventory management, order processing and marketplace promotions.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred: Experience in beauty, cosmetics, haircare, skincare or lifestyle brands.
