We are looking for a young, passionate, motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify recent business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales prospects to convert them into business.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth business operations.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

Requirements





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
